We will do the best we can to remove any tough stain or scuff mark on your item, however, we are unable to guarantee a significant improvement or complete removal of all marks and stains on the item as this is depending on the material as well as the nature of the stain. We may suggest alternative services such as repainting or dying in certain cases.

We will make suggestions to you where we see fit, however, your preference will be the driving factor for these services.

*It is worth noting that each manufacturer has their own branded hardware and thus, our replacement pieces may sometime be of a different design, size or colouring. Furthermore, with so many different brands and the variety or products, we do not have all hardware items readily available and thus, sourcing a suitable replacement can take some time. We may require to have your item with us during this process to reference and seek a close match.

Our wide colour range enables us to create an accurate mix matching to your item. This Vitalise service is very popular to treat faded patches on leather pieces as well as to correct any imperfection and/or marking on the product. On some occasions, the coverage may be lower on specific areas (such as an ink stain on a light colour bag). We will make you aware of the possibility and may suggest a colour change for a better coverage where we see suitable.

Our team will also be able to assist you with re-plating your hardware (eg: chains, handles, buckles, zippers, ...) in gold, rose gold or silver. This treatment is recommended if your hardware is worn and/or showing visible scratches.

*It is worth noting that worn corners or bald patches on suede may have a different texture to the rest of the material which recolouring will not correct. 
Furthermore, our ability to remove the scratches on the hardware will depend on the material and how deep each scratch is.
