As you photograph your arm candy piece to showcase its beauty and blemishes to us, please do include at least 1 front shot of the item and as many photos from many angles as you would like to showcase its stories and highlight your concern.

Our Collection service
We understand parting with your beloved pieces can be a hard thing to do, even only for a few days. What if they get lost? What if they are forgotten? Who would have my items? When will I see them again?
That's why we try to limit our coverage area in order to be able to offer in-person collection of your items! This is the perfect opportunity for us to meet you, learn about your beloved leather pieces and be available for any questions surrounding our Vitalise treatments :) (hooray!). It would also allow us to maintain control over our daily schedule and be able to complete the agreed treatments within a reasonable timeframe for everyone.
Sadly, this does means that there are bordering postcode areas that we are unable to cover. Please refer to the information below to determine if you are in one:

*Minimum spend refers to the total amount of booked treatments for one or multiple items intended to be collected. In the situation that this threshold is not met, the minimum spend amount will apply to enable free collections and drop offs.
(for example: our recolouring treatment is quoted at £135 for your item and your location is SW6. If you would like us to collect and drop the item in person, an additional £15 charge will apply to the invoice, making the bill £150 altogether - which equates to the minimum spend threshold for this area)
Alternatively, you can arrange postage for the item(s) to be sent to as well as returning from our location if you are outside our coverage or if you are in a minimum spend zone and do not meet the min. spend threshold. We can receive items through the post at:

Please do not send any item to us prior to obtaining a quote for the necessary work.
We advise you to use trackable delivery service to send the item to us and would appreciate you sharing this information with us.
You will also be in charge of the return postage for your items once the agreed treatments are completed.
